Coding Hours does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All your data stays on your device.

What data the app stores

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Your goal name and daily targets
• Session records (duration, date, tag, optional notes)
• Streak and milestone progress
• Reminder preferences
• Timer state (for session recovery)

This data is stored using your device's local storage and is never sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.

What data the app does NOT collect

• No account or login information
• No email, name, or contact details
• No location data
• No device identifiers or fingerprinting
• No analytics or tracking
• No advertising data
• No data shared with third parties

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are processed entirely on-device and do not involve any external push notification service.

Data export

You can export your session data as a CSV file at any time from Settings. You can also share a plain text progress summary. These actions are initiated by you and use your device's native share functionality.

Data deletion

You can delete all app data at any time using the "Reset All Data" option in Settings. This permanently removes all sessions, settings, and progress from your device.

Children's privacy

This app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, this is not applicable.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be included in the app update. Since no data is collected, changes would only reflect new features or clarifications.
